Recruitment applications and CVs
TSAC Digital LLC (TSAC Ultra Services) uses the name, email address, professional experience, availability, area of interest and CV you choose to submit to review your application and contact you about interpretation and customer service opportunities. Authorized recruitment personnel review applications. Applying does not guarantee selection or work.
The website application is delivered to recruiter@tsacultraservices.com through FormSubmit, an external form delivery service. This address is an alias of our recruitment team’s business mailbox. FormSubmit processes the fields and CV to deliver the email. Its documentation states that it retains submission text for 30 days and does not retain uploaded files in its submission archive. Email copies and CV attachments remain in the receiving mailbox for recruitment review. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact recruiter@tsacultraservices.com.
Review FormSubmit’s privacy terms and delivery documentation. FormSubmit may require a reCAPTCHA security check and process the technical information needed to operate it. A completed form is processed for delivery; email delivery can be affected by filtering or service failures. Keep your own CV copy.
Applications from Meta campaigns
Applications submitted inside Facebook or Instagram are collected through Meta’s recruitment form. Meta processes that information under its privacy terms and the notice displayed in that form. Review the TSAC Digital LLC recruitment privacy policy. Submitting a Meta form does not automatically upload a CV through this website. If you also submit a website application, mention the same email address so our team can identify your application.
Browsing and project briefs
The project brief tool prepares text in your browser. It does not submit your brief to a server, send a message or save it in browser storage. Closing the dialog or reloading the page clears the draft. You choose whether to paste it into Messenger and send it.
External websites and technical services
Facebook and Messenger links take you to external services, which have their own privacy policies and may require sign-in. This website is hosted on server infrastructure provided by Contabo. Hosting services may process technical request information to deliver and protect the website. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives technical information needed to deliver them. This website adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. The external form service and its security check may use their own cookies or technical storage.
Sensitive information
Use a professional CV. Do not include government ID numbers, identification documents, banking information, patient information or unrelated sensitive information in your CV, application or project brief. Our team will explain any later verification process separately.
